We’re Hiring: Architectural Technologist
We’re seeking a technically minded, motivated, and collaborative Architectural Technologist to join our growing team in the heart of Lancaster.

What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone with:
- 5+ years’ experience working on commercial or conservation projects
- CIAT accreditation
- Proven experience managing works onsite in the UK from RIBA Stage 4 onwards
- Strong working knowledge of Revit
- Experience using NBS Chorus specification system on a range of works
- Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- Ability to work to a high standard independently and as part of a collaborative project team
- Working knowledge of the Principal Designer role and construction site safety
