Originally from Lancaster, Lucy studied Environmental Science at Manchester Metropolitan University, and continued to do a graduate training scheme at The Royal Bank of Scotland in Manchester.
In 2003, Lucy moved back to the area with her family. In 2004 she started working as assistant to the head of sixth form at Lancaster Girls’ Grammar School and continued in varying roles at the school over the following 10 years.
Lucy heads up the company accounts and helps deliver the quality management systems.
She is currently leading HPA’s participation in ‘Planet Mark’ environmental accreditation.
Lucy is the owner of office dog Ted and is known for sharing cake and taking the trophy in the office Bake Off.
