Planning Permission Granted for New Housing Development

Reserved Matters Planning Permission has been gained for a brand new development in Cockerham, Lancaster. This project will oversee the Planning and design of 24 modern housing units on unused land to the east of Lancaster Road – contributing to residency improvements within the town.

HPA have assisted Wilson & Co Properties in the past, on a number of similar scale projects, such as Warton Grange Farm and Mill Lane. Focusing on Planning and design, HPA have combined efforts to produce a potential range of housing types for construction, varying from two to four bedrooms.

With Planning Permission successfully granted for new housing in the Cockerham area, both HPA and Wilson & Co are keen to move the project forward into next stages soon.
