Planning Permission Granted for New Dwelling in a National Landscape

Planning Permission has been granted for a new 3 – 4 bedroom property in the historic village of Warton in the Arnside and Silverdale National Landscapes area.

This new house has been designed to meet our client’s specific needs whilst taking the form of a traditional rural Lancashire barn. The HPA team’s design approach has been chosen to take into account local planning policies and the special considerations for designing new houses in rural locations, historic settings and protected landscapes.

The new dwelling has been positioned to take full advantage of the stunning views up to Warton Crag and over the Keer Valley towards Ingleborough and the Yorkshire Dales.

This is the latest in a succession of successful planning permissions for HPA in National Landscapes and village of Warton, including nearby Warton Grange Close, and Moss Bank Place.
