Planning Permission Granted for 27 Affordable Homes
Planning Permission has now been approved for the construction of 27 Affordable Homes in Lancaster.
A mixture of 2 and 3 Bedroom Houses will be built by Robert Hughes Construction, for Guinness Northern Counties Housing Association, on an infill site just to the North of the City Centre.
HPA are acting as both Architects and Code for Sustainable Homes Assessors for this project. Work is expected to start on site during spring of 2012.
