Planning Permission Approved For Creativity Pavilion
HPA are thrilled to announce that we have successfully gained planning permission for a new entrance Pavilion for Stonegate Ltd, a world-leading free-range and organic egg packing facility near Chippenham, Wiltshire.
HPA designed ‘The Creativity Pavilion’, a smart entrance pavilion at the front of Stonegate’s site which acts as a first point of contact for visitors. The Pavilion will accommodate a reception, visitors area, demonstration kitchen, dining area, exhibition space and supporting facilities which will showcase their state-of-the-art facilities.
Planning has been approved for the creation of a building which parallels the company’s vision and ethos for providing produce of exceptional quality and sustainability. HPA have designed a light and airy structure, rooted in local vernacular design, which will utilise local craftspeople for its construction. It will be built to achieve a high level of sustainable development and conserve natural resources through measures such as a green roof, overhanging canopies (to minimise overheating) and high levels of insulation.
The new building has been designed and positioned so that when approaching the Stonegate site, visitors are presented with a welcoming entrance, creating a memorable first impression and representative of the companies ethos of quality.
