Planning Approved for Development in Allithwaite

We are delighted to share that planning permission has been approved for Wilson Properties Ltd to develop a 35-home development at Barn Hey, off Flookburgh Road in Allithwaite.

HPA Architects designed the development to incorporate a mixture of 2, 3, and 4-bedroom homes, including 12 affordable housing units, with different house types varied across the site to help blend living spaces for younger and older generations.

With construction set to begin in spring, we are excited to see this project come to life, providing much-needed homes for this area of Cumbria.
