Navigating The Planning Landscape – Guerrilla Tactics at the RIBA’s Annual Flagship Conference
Guerrilla Tactics, RIBA’s annual flagship conference for small and medium sized practices, is back on 6th November 2024 at the Royal Institute of British Architects headquarters in London. The event this year celebrates the resilience and versatility of sole practitioners and smaller practices whilst facilitating a rare opportunity to network with peers and experts from the industry.
Hosted at the RIBA in Portland Place, London; Guerrilla Tactics is set to provide a wealth of insightful information with a focus on essential business skills for architects, and how they can develop their practices through innovation. The conference offers a unique networking opportunity, featuring expert-led roundtable discussions, allowing participants to master their strengths and gain the confidence to create the practice they aspire to work in.
With a packed programme of round-table sessions, HPA Director & Architect Richard Wooldridge will be joining the discussion on ‘Navigating the Planning Landscape’ hosted by Phoebe MacDonald, Head of Policy & Affairs at the RIBA.

These informative and insightful sessions hope to reveal the secrets to thriving in any climate, explore the transformative power of collaboration, and learn from practices that have taken unexpected routes to success, whilst addressing the ongoing concerns about fees as AI challenges the architecture profession to rethink how we charge for our design services.
