Listed Building Consent & Planning Permission Granted For the Wheatsheaf, Chilton Foliat In Wiltshire

HPA have been working closely with the Artisan Innkeepers Group whose mission is to keep the British pub scene alive and champion rural communities. The proposal is to renovate the village pub, creating much-needed improved accommodation and crafted restaurant spaces.

The Wheatsheaf is a Grade II-listed pub, located in the Chilton Foliat Conservation Area in Wiltshire.

The extension and renovation will see a local crafted oak structure as a modern addition to the thatched pub.
