HPA Welcomes Studio Manager Lyndsay To The Team
June 2024 saw HPA welcome new Studio Manager Lyndsay Holt to the team. Lyndsay has spent over two decades working in Operations Management and Human Resources with a focus on compliance whilst employed across a range of different industries including digital media, logistics, security and business services. Proud to support the values-led and award winning team at HPA, she is a naturally empathetic and organised administrator who believes in constant and never-ending improvement and enjoys mentoring colleagues to achieve the full potential of their roles.
Whilst in role as Head of People & Culture for a national security company, Lyndsay studied a L5 Diploma in Human Resources Management at UCLan to cement her HR knowledge and become an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Professional Development (CIPD), later completing a diploma in Mental Health Awareness and training to become a Corporate Wellbeing Mentor.
Raised in a village just outside Lancaster, Lyndsay has been a longtime advocate for the city, most recently promoting and supporting local businesses through her work with local radio and the Lancaster Business Improvement District.
She is passionate about nature, gardening and interior design, in particular the relationship between outdoor and indoor spaces and the impact of natural light and green spaces on wellbeing, so has particularly enjoyed learning about the Passivhaus principles since joining HPA.
Lyndsay has travelled extensively around South Africa, returning with design ideas for her garden and entertaining spaces. In her spare time she is most likely to be found in her garden with her old and tatty sausage dog, Oscar, getting messy with craft and DIY projects or spending time with her collection of exotic animals.
