The Superhero Award – one of sixteen award categories for the event organised each year by Lancaster BID – recognises those individuals whose dedication, positivity and commitment make a real difference to others. Whether through exceptional customer service, community involvement, charitable work or simply going the extra mile, these are the people who help make Lancaster such a great place to live and work.
