
HPA acted as both Architect and Planning Agent on Sands Lane, Warton, in order to obtain approved planning permission for the construction of 12 new dwellings. The site is located in an National Landscape (previously AONB), with the housing designed sympathetically to take full advantage of this scenery whilst benefitting the locality of the existing area.
HPA’s approved plan details a range of properties, varying from two bedrooms up to five, with a mixture of detached and semi-detached houses. Some even include affordable units, helping meet the housing demand and needs for the Warton Parish area.
