HPA has overseen the refurbishment of all of the Lancaster Brewery Pubs on behalf of C2 Investments across the Lancashire and Furness District.
These include The Sun (Lancaster), The Mill (Ulverston), The Palatine (Morecambe) and The Duke of Edinburgh (Barrow in Furness). The Sun and the Duke of Edinburgh are also hotels.
The practice have also assisted with the conversion of a previously designed building into the Lancaster Brewery.
