Hose Tech is an industrial business that is centred on the manufacture, storage, and distribution of hoses and fittings for many different industries around the world.
We received planning permission in November 2019 for the construction of a new industrial building for Hose Tech, on Martland Park in Wigan, allowing the company to expand its facilities.
The development comprises of a large industrial building, with storage, workshop space, associated offices, a reception area, and staff facilities at ground and first floor levels.
The proposed building has an internal floor area of 747m² with an impressive external eaves height of 8.5m and a ridge height of 10.5m. This large floor area and eaves height has been dictated by the need to accommodate the large storage racking in the production area.
