HPA were entrusted by Geldard Farm Eggs to redesign and repurpose their existing egg-packing plant at Low Foulshaw Farm, back in 2018. Having already obtained planning consent for the project, Geldard approached HPA to complete the subsequent technical design and detailed construction stages.
Our work for Geldard including reconfiguring spaces and elevations in order to improve services such as loading docks and roof pitches. We liaised with the relevant planning authority on their behalf, before submitting a successful Building Regulations approval for this redevelopment in 2018. Since, the facility has been utilised to the fullest of its extent – producing millions of eggs monthly that are distributed all across the UK.
