HPA worked alongside contractor Jigsaw PFM to create a modern yet sympathetic extension to this heritage Architecture home in Bolton-le-Sands, Lancashire.
The scheme was highly commended at the Lancaster District Design Awards for the way this large extension blended seamlessly with the original Grade II Listed property which was built in 1715.
It has enabled the owner to reconfigure part of the ground floor to create a stylish kitchen, dining, living, and entertaining space that enjoys great views of the rear gardens.
The project also makes a stunning interior design feature of an original well discovered during the excavation of the foundations.
