HPA was approached to design an extension to the existing IGCTX Technical Centre, to contain additional accommodation, including new modern open plan offices with meeting spaces, laboratories, a design studio, refreshment, and amenity areas, extending their commercial architecture projects.
The materials for the extension were carefully considered to match and compliment the existing building. The design solution provided the accommodation required, while working within a predetermined budget.
The project was undertaken as a Design & Build Contract with Pinington Construction Ltd, with completion on time and within budget.
