HPA were approached by the global accommodation agent SilverDoor to help utilise their newly acquired office space at Charter House.
Located on Dalton Square in the heart of Lancaster, this space has been redeveloped to become one of Lancaster’s most prestigious office spaces, upgrading the reception and entrance areas, and opening up the office space with the installation of a new lift and staircase.
In addition to works in the office space, HPA redesigned Charter House to become an apart-hotel, utilising the building effectively and providing a combination of studios, 1 bed and 2 bed units, with a total of 28 bedrooms, while JSK led with interior designs.
Marcus Angell, Managing Director of SilverDoor spoke about this multi-million pound refurbishment saying:

Having been stood vacant for almost 2 years, Charter House will now be home to SilverDoor’s Lancaster team, helping bring a new lease of life to the building and promoting business in Lancaster.
