HPA were briefed for a new house design in the Lancashire countryside with an exceptional energy rating – a project we were thrilled to be involved with.
The environmentally friendly house is a SIPS panel timber building with a green roof.
Following Planning Advice from the HPA team, and support throughout the planning process, the house was granted Planning Permission at Appeal for its exceptional design. The sustainable house is designed around the existing topography and tree constraints, making the most of the stunning views across the moors and exceptional sunsets. The house was designed by our expert residential architecture team to be open plan and modern, complementing the Client’s lifestyle.
The modern house design has a double garage clad in local sandstone, then the house is clad with larch and has a green roof construction.
The team at HPA were very proud of the outcome of this new house design, both on the interior and exterior.
