2021 Red Rose Award Finalists
The HPA team attended the 2021 Red Rose Awards at Winter Gardens Blackpool earlier this month, where we were finalists for the Built Environment Award.
The Built Environment Award is a new category, open to businesses whose work contributes to the built environment of Lancashire working in the property and construction sectors.
As the first practice in the North West to sign up to the RIBA 2030 Climate Challenge, it was great to see the environmental priorities HPA had made being recognised. The team were also praised for their commitment to training and expansion during the pandemic, and recognised for the large amount of pro bono work the team had done for charities and community projects.
The judges commented that;
HPA came across as friendly and likeable business and conveyed a sense that it would be a great place to work. Their heritage work was impressive, as was their commitment to their locality and the leading role that women within the firm take in a traditionally male-dominated profession.
Whilst we did not win the category, we thoroughly enjoyed the evening, connecting with so many other Lancashire businesses and celebrating our successes throughout these challenging past two years. Congratulations to Fox Group who won the category.
Created by the Lancashire Business View, the award acknowledges business excellence, and we look forward to working on more projects that positively impact Lancashire’s built environment.
